Line Leaders Wanted In HAVERHILL!
Logistics People are looking for Line Leader to join our team.
Location: Haverhill, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate: £14.30 P/hr
Position: Line Leader
As a Line Leader for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
- Operate packing machinery and production lines.
- Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards
- Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.
- Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
- Effectively maximize production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.
- Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations.
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
- Any other reasonable tasks, as per Shift Manager’s request.
- Experience working on a production line or in a similar role
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving skills
