    Customer Service Operative Wanted In Minworth!

    Logistics People are looking for Customer Service Operative to join our team. To support the day to day operational requirements in terms of stock administration, client requests and liaison within the depot.  To offer outstanding customer service in a face paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional dedicated service.

    Location: Minworth, Great Bear 

    Working Hours:

    • Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00 Shift Available

    Pay rate: £12.50 P/hr

    PositionCustomer Service Operative

    As a Customer Service Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

    • Reconcile goods inbound paperwork
    • Management of daily floor checks and execution of the reports to conclusion
    • Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external clients
    • Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care
    • Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures
    • Scanning PODs and chasing PODs from hauliers and other depots
    • Ensure completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders
    • Control the timely manner and accurate receipt of sales orders, ensuring they are available to the operational teams within agreed timeframes
    • To communicate with clients by email or phone, ensuring queries are dealt with and managed in a timely and professional manner
    • Communicate with internal teams to achieve query resolution for clients 
    • Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality service and communication, thereby attaining client retention
    • To ensure all day-to-day administration duties are carried out in a timely and professional manner
    • To ensure cover is available for the team when required 
    • Any ad-hoc administration duties as directed by your Manager
